Purchasing Executive/ Assistant (Purchasing - JP Market)
 
Responsibilities:

- Daily communication and coordination with internal and external parties in Japan, Hong Kong and Mainland China
- Follow up the purchasing issue from order inquiry until shipments
- Material Assurance Liability control
- Update section file and prepare regular reports
- Daily documentation jobs regarding PO & CO
Requirements:

- Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
- 2 years relevant working experience
- Good command of both written and spoken in Japanese (Level 2 of JLPT is a must), English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, must be skillful in Japanese input
- Mature character and energetic
- Could work independently and under pressure

Accounting Clerk
 
Responsibilities:

- Handle general accounting data entries including AR, AP and journal entries of SAP system
- Responsible for Account Receivables from suppliers
- Handle debit notes for reimbursements and follow up on status to ensure on-time payment
- Other ad hoc assignment as assigned
Requirements:

- Higher diploma or above in Accounting Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application including Word and Excel
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- Detail-minded, able to finish tasks within a tight schedule and willing to take on extra responsibilities
- Previous experience in Receivable Management an advantage but not essential
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to work in a dynamic working environment and works well under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred

E-commerce Operation Assistant
 
Responsibilities:

- Online item registration & maintenance
- Manage the information of Premium Bandai products. (Item name, Item code, price, schedule, copyrights, order result, etc.)
- Communicate with Japan HQ, Sales team, Sales admin team, Media team, and other colleagues to update products information.
- Report the progress and order result with analysis of online items to relevant departments
- Assist in marketing activities and events
Requirements:

- Degree or above with 1 year relevant experience
- Knowledge in Photoshop Illustrator or others image editing software
- Detail minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese (N2/Level 2 of JLPT is a must)

Customer Relation and EC Operation Assistant
 
Responsibilities:

- Handle local and overseas customer inquiries, suggestions, including pre-sales and after-sales requests for product information, payment, order processing, shipment tracking, issue resolution, and general information via email and phone calls to ensure customers’ enquiries are resolved in compliance of service guidelines
- Resolve customers’ complaints promptly to achieve customers’ satisfaction
- Resolve dispute or chargeback filed by customers on payment companies
- Verify and monitor the work and operation of customer service partners for accuracy, work methods, techniques, and compliance with applicable standards and specifications
- Verify and fine tune website contents, FAQ, and terms and conditions
- Monitor online store operations; collect users’ comments and experiences for service quality improvement
- Arrange internal cross-departmental meetings and negotiate with service partners and other external parties
- Liaise with individuals in other departments (e.g. Sales Team, Marketing Team & Logistic Company) as necessary in order to better serve customers
- Handle RMA, damaged and defective items; prepare replacement parts to ensure customers’ satisfactions
- Assist in daily operations at Premium Bandai Hong Kong and perform ad hoc assignments as required.
- Occasional business trip if necessary (East Asia Area)
Requirements:

- Degree or above in Sales & Marketing or related studies
- Minimum 1 year practical customer support experience in the retail OR related industry dealing with consumer goods for individuals (B2C). (Prefer in e-commerce Company or call center)
- Clear communication by e-mail and phone call with convincing and organized manner
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly, efficiently and creatively
- Exceptional organizational skill, follow-up and time management skills
- Ability to drive own learning and be flexible to changing priorities
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities:

HK Office

- Lead a stream of accounting team
- Month end closing & voucher checking
- Monthly overhead allocation to each Profit Centre
- Monthly P/L Report & related schedules
- Quarterly consolidated reporting package to holding company
- Year end audit and tax computation


Subsidiaries
- Assist to complete month end closing and voucher checking
- Assist Monthly P/L Report & related schedules


Internal Control
- Apply & Review A/C policy and procedures in daily accounting work
- Handle JSOX annual internal audit and sample selection


ERP System
- SAP system enhancement & implementation
Requirements:

- Degree or above in accounting or related studies with ACCA or AAT certificates
- Minimum 5 years’ of accounting experience with at least 2 years’ in management
- Proficient in SAP system and excel is a must
- Excellent problem solving skill in accounting / taxation
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Japanese would be a plus
- China taxation knowledge is preferred
- May need to travel to regional offices in Asia areas
- Able to work under pressure and willing to take challenge
